Disclaimer:
Screen print orders require a minimum order of 24 or more
Embroidery: no minimum requirement
Individual orders: Payment due upon receipt
Department Orders: PO number required (include box/section for PO number)
Estimate Request: Estimate request will be sent to the email provided.
How to request department order:
1. Complete the estimate request form, which will be emailed directly to the vendor. An estimate will be emailed to the address provided within 24-48 hours.
2. Once you receive the estimate, please submit a PO request via the STHS MSS site and complete the department order form with the PO number provided. A PO number is required to fulfill order.
3. The vendor will follow up with the contact person noted on the order form when order is ready.
How to request individual order:

3. Payment is due upon receipt of merchandise.
